Google Play Music is one of the best alternatives to Spotify on your Android phone. It offers you tools to listen to your favorite music even if you don't have the data activated. It is also capable of detecting, with your permission, up to a total of 50.000 songs on your computer and playing them in streaming. But if you are one of those who uses their subscription service now you will have a tab called Recents that remembers the songs you have recently listened to.
This is Recent
When you have all the music in the world on your mobile it doesn't matter what sounds through your headphones. Everything is as simple as choosing a genre, artist or playlist and hitting the play button. But on some occasion a song has been played that you did not know and that you have had to stop to add it to your Google Keep list with songs pending to be added to your favorite playlist.
Now this process will be much easier. Google Play Music has enabled a new tab called Recents that will remind you of songs you have recently listened to. In chronological order, all the audios of your favorite or new artists will appear, although so will all the songs you play offline. The list will be as long as you want, especially if you are a frequent user of the Google app.
Sorting the app
The Recents section that will remind you of the songs you listen to It will be integrated into the new version of Google Play Music. Previously, this option was already within the 'Listen now' tab and served as an additional playlist built with the latest songs played. In this way you could listen to those songs that you liked so much in order or randomly.
The big G streaming music service still has a lot of details to polish. In this patch, which corresponds to the 7.4 number, an attempt has been made to differentiate the recommendations and news of the songs that you have already passed. New animations have also been added to the play button, although users who like to know what their favorite songs say still ask themselves a question: When will the lyrics of the songs arrive?
While you wait, they sure don't mind singing while use Google Play Music with Runtastic or look for the video clip of the song that just played with MusicMate.
