Google Play Music is one of the best alternatives to Spotify on your Android phone. It offers you tools to listen to your favorite music even if you don't have the data activated. It is also capable of detecting, with your permission, up to a total of 50.000 songs on your computer and playing them in streaming. But if you are one of those who uses their subscription service now you will have a tab called Recents that remembers the songs you have recently listened to.
