How to install a Custom Recovery?
Now, let's get to the important part, how to install a Custom Recovery? The first thing of all is to know what we need.
To install a Custom Recovery we will need the following:
- One telephone Rooted Android.
- A USB cable.
- USB drivers.
- Android SDK (Android Studio).
Step 1. Install USB drivers
The first thing of all will be to install the drivers for the specific model of your phone on your computer so that it recognizes your device without any problem and thus be able to work more comfortably. You can find them on most of your manufacturer's official websites, there is usually a "Downloads" section where they are found.
Step 2. Choose a Custom Recovery
Now you have to choose a Custom Recovery. You can choose the Recovery you want, but the most famous are ROM Manager by ClockWorkMod and TWRP. You can search on their respective official pages if you have support for your phone, you have to look carefully and download it accordingly.
Step 3. Flash Recovery
Once downloaded, the first thing we have to do is put your phone in USB debugging mode by going to Settings > About of the phone, There we press the build number until you activate the developer options, which will be approximately seven times.
