The solution comes from the hands of National Cryptographic Center. This organization offers an application for Android devices that is responsible for overwriting the space freed up when deleting a file. In this way, you make sure to completely remove it safely. The application, called CCNDroid Wiper, it is available on their website. You can also use it to overwrite all the free space you have available at the moment, either on your micro SD card or on the internal storage. So you don't even have to wait to start deleting other files.
