Raccoon is the program for Windows that we are going to talk about today. Basically, it allows us to download applications from Google Play on our PC. Perhaps you think that this is something totally useless, but the truth is that it is not like that, and that is why today we are going to talk about this program for the computer.
Although it may seem a lie, on certain occasions it can be very useful. For example, the memory of the smartphone does not allow us to have all the applications installed. However, we can use them on the computer, so that we can always install these at any time, without having to download them. In the same way, the program is very useful if we do not have a permanent connection to the Internet. For example, we can carry many Android games on the computer when we go on vacation and we only have the mobile connection. Installing a new game will not mean having to spend megabytes of the mobile connection, but simply transferring the APK file to the memory of the smartphone.
But even more useful is if we dedicate ourselves to analyzing the changes that come with the new updates of the applications. You already know that developers usually add code on future functions of the application in versions that do not yet have these functions. Raccoon allows us to store the different versions of the applications on the computer.
The program is really simple. All you need is to have a Google account. Thus, it will allow us to download free applications from the region of said account. The program can be downloaded for free, although it will be necessary to have Java Runtime, which is available free for Windows.
