The truth is that I still do not understand the abandonment of this development by Google.
Export your data from Google Reader
Once the impact of the news has passed, if you use Google Reader you surely understand this, it is time to think about how you can export the pages and information that are stored there. Well, the truth is that it is quite simple: you use the tool Google Takeout to receive the subscription file in (XML) format and, in JSON files, the following data arrives: people you follow, followers, starred and liked elements, what you have shared, notes created and comments. Everything is as simple as clicking on this link once you have a Google Reader session open and get it by pressing the button Create File and later on Download.
By the way, and finally, what will happen to the applications that "pull" directly from Google Reader? The futro is a single color for them: black. Therefore, if you jump to another option, you must be sure that the information is not acquired directly from the Mountain View service, but independently.
