Many of you will already know Tasker, the application with which to automate many actions on your Android. Well, it is not the only one, and if you are really interested in optimizing actions, you may have to see MacroDroid, a free application with more than 45 triggers, more than 70 actions, and more than 25 variables, so that you can create your own automations.

The purpose of macrodroid is to allow the user to forget about having to execute different actions on the smartphone that are always mechanical. To do this, we can create what in the application they call Macros, each of them being composed of a trigger, an action, which is the final result, and a variable, which establishes some options, such as the battery level that the smartphone must have to execute an action when the actuator is activated.
But the truth is that that sounds more complex than it is. And it is best to see an example. Sometimes when we use an application that consumes a large amount of data, we may want to disable our Internet connectivity through the mobile network, and use only the WiFi network. macrodroid allows us to configure this to be done automatically when running an application and return to the original settings when closing the application. We may also want to disable WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth, and GPS when the battery drops below 30%, or simply disable some of those features when it reaches 50%. These are just a few examples of the many that we have.
With free version
Best of macrodroid is that, even being a paid application, it has a free version, in which we can create five different macros, which must always be active. We can test the application and know if we want to buy it to have access to all the macros that we want. It is now available on Google Play.
