A novelty was expected from Meizu today, and this has already been known: a new phablet of adjusted price with specifications that are quite interesting. The name is Meizu m2 notes and, as usual, the operating system that is integrated is Android -Lollipop- although with a very evident layer of customization in terms of design (Flyme OS).
We are talking about a model that can be obtained for about 117 Euros in its 16 GB variant or by €146 If the chosen option is the 32 gigabyte option, you won't have to spend a lot of money to get a model that comes with an IGZO display. 5,5 inches with a Full HD resolution (1080p). This, by the way, is a clear sign that this model is coming to the mid-range of products, placing itself above such well-known models as the Motorola Moto G. In addition, the panel offers ~401 dpi and protection Asahi Dragontrail, while the Moto G opts for a 5,0-inch HD IPS panel (~294 ppi) with Gorilla Glass.
When it comes to the processor, the choice is a MediaTek model. Specifically, it is the SoC MT6753 eight-core that operates at a frequency of 1,3 GHz and is fully compatible with 64-bit architecture. In this way, the Meizu m2 note is perfectly prepared for future advances in the Android operating system and, in addition, how it integrates 2 GB of RAM, the performance has to be pretty good. Added to this is a GPU Mali-T720 MP3, a clear jump over the Snapdragon 400 (quad-core 1,2 GHz) with Adreno 305 and 1GB of RAM from the second-generation Moto G.
More features of the Meizu m2 note
To know specifically what this new phablet offers that offers a very interesting quality / price ratio, it must be said that it is fully compatible with networks LTE (4G); it has a microSD card slot; and its thickness is 8,7 mmBy the way, one of the new features of the Meizu m2 note is that it includes a physical Home button on the front (it's made of plastic). As far as cameras are concerned, those that are integrated into the terminal are one of 13 megapixels with dual LED as main (f / 2.2) and the front is 5 Mpx (F / 2.0). Therefore, this section is well resolved. The battery, as the last detail known at the moment, offers a charge of 3.100 mAh, which is not bad at all. The rear module allows 1080p video at 30 fps and has functions such as HDR, face detection and touch focus; the front camera also records Full HD, ideal for video calls.
Regarding availability, It was initially put on sale in China, so that it will be possible to get it imported quickly. Global deployment has not been indicated for the Meizu m2 note, which is the substitute for note m1. Is it an interesting phablet?
