Record Bird: follow all of your favorite artists
Record Bird is an application that is available for free in the Play Store. Its main function is to offer you an ecosystem that makes your life easier when it comes to following your favorite artists. Instead of being aware of services like Spotify or paying attention to the social media accounts of your favorite artists, it will be enough for you to have Record Bird installed to be able to find out everything without missing anything.
This app is very easy to configure, since in its initial steps it will ask you, once registered, sync your account with Facebook or Spotify. This will help you to know which artists you are interested in, automatically following them. In this way, it is very easy to have content at your disposal as soon as you start using Record Bird.
At Home, the first thing you will see is a feed of news and new announcements and launches. If you are only interested in releases, your tab is the second: my releases. There you can see which albums have just been released and which ones are yet to come. The third tab is Search, so as not to depend on other services when it comes to finding artists. The last tab allows you resynchronize services and see everyone you follow, being able to directly access their profiles and latest news. In the user experience, the profiles showed some strange animations, but only in the first entry.
Get notified with Record Bird when your favorite artists release something new
At Configuration, you will once again find the possibility of importing artists from other networks. You will also have there the Notifications settings. You can select two ways to receive them: instantly or daily, depending on how much attention you want to pay. You can configure what you want to receive by activating the respective boxes. You can select: Ads, Releases, Videos, Audios and Articles. Our recommendation is to only activate the first two, which are the most useful unless you really want to be aware of everything. You can also synchronize with your calendars so that the information you want appears there.
